At Our Furever Pawmise, each piece is carefully customised and handcrafted based on your pet’s unique details and personalisation requests.

As all of our products are made-to-order and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

We kindly ask that you review all personalisation details (including names, dates, photos, and selected options) carefully before submitting your order and Google order form, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at ourfureverpawmise@gmail.com with clear photos, and we will review the matter promptly.
