At Our Furever Pawmise, every piece is made-to-order and carefully handcrafted with your pet’s unique details.

Processing Time

As each product is customised, please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during peak periods, and we appreciate your patience as we create your keepsake with care.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Local Shipping (Singapore)

Orders will be delivered via our selected courier service. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore — but we can’t wait to expand worldwide soon!

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at 2 locations (Farrer Park and Punggol) by appointment only. Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready, please contact us at least 2 days in advance to arrange a pickup date and time.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
